| 摘 要： | 孔孟儒家文化精粹的＂和合＂,是中国人构建以伦理为主导的社会秩序的认同体系和行为规范,＂和合＂文化与天下主义观念共同构成了中国外交战略的文化要旨。从外交政策的文化视角,通览中国两千多年的对外关系史,＂和合＂文化始终贯穿其中,是中国对外战略思想的主脉络。＂和合＂对于建构当代中国特色社会主义国际关系,具有相当重要的意义。
