| 摘 要： | 呼应性报道是近年来法制新闻颇有成效的一种创新。它可以按内容、体裁、报道时间分成各种类型。它的意义和作用主要在于:增强法律威信,树立良好形象;增强法律意识,提高公民素质;增强震慑力,预防违法犯罪;普及法律知识,增强法制信心。搞好呼应性报道应注意呼应及时,恰当,重点突出,采编结合,争取司法机关的支持与配合。

| Abstract: | The responsive report is an effective creation of legal news in recent years.It can be divided into various categories according to its content,style and reporting schedule.Its purpose is to enhance the authoritativeness of the law,legal consciousness and confidence of law enforcement.It also improves quality of the citizens,prevention of crime and popularization of law.The responsive report of legal news should pay attention to propriety,proper focus and edition, and with support and cooperation of judicial administrations. |
