| 摘 要： | “变性”资本积累是以各种手段变公有资本为私有资本的资本积累。这种“变性”资本积累对我国政治、经济、社会生活,特别是对贯彻党在新时期的基本路线、建立社会主义市场经济制的目标,带来了十分不利的影响。为此,必须建立有效的国有资本监督、管理和运管机制,抑制“变性”资本积累。

| Abstract: | Abstract: "Denatured" capital accumulation is one that turns public capital into private capital with every artifice. This "denatured" capital accumulation has great harmful effect on China's politics, economy and social life, especially on the goal of carrying out the Party's basic line in the new period and constructing mechanism of socialist market economy. Therefore, we must establish effective mechanism to supervise, manage and run state-owned capital so as lo restrain "denatured" capital accumulation. |
