| Abstract: | Current international relations remains complicated and confused that the major great powers have speeded up strategic rivalry and recombination.Asia-Pacific situation is changeable that multilateralism has gradually become the overwhelming trend with the interaction of traditional and nontraditional security,and emerging great powers leading global economic growth.China's constructive international function is becoming increasingly strong but peaceful development and national security are confronted with new challenges. |
