全面建设小康社会必须加强社区文化建设

搞好城市社区文化建设 ,用先进的文化占领城市社区阵地 ,是实践“三个代表”要求的一个重要方面 ,也是全面建设小康社会的题中应有之义。加强社区文化建设 ,要从四方面着手 :提高认识 ,加强对社区文化建设的领导 ;加大投资力度 ,搞好社区文化基础设施建设 ;专兼结合 ,加强社区文化队伍建设 ;做到雅俗共赏 ,开展丰富多彩的社区文化活动。
