非公有制经济组织中党建工作的群众基础和阶级基础

“从思想上建党” ,是我们党的重要建党原则。党的阶级基础和群众基础既有其质的规定性 ,同时 ,又根据党肩负的历史任务和所处的特殊环境而具有一定的变动性和发展性。非公有制经济组织中的从业人员 ,无论在理论上还是在实践中 ,他们都构成了党在现阶段的阶级基础和群众基础。对于这一社会群体中的先进分子 ,我们必须以“三个代表”重要思想为指南 ,以江泽民同志“七一”讲话精神为思想武器 ,勇于和善于把一切符合党章要求的先进分子吸收进党内 ,以不断巩固和扩大党的阶级基础、群众基础和执政基础。
