| 摘 要： | "两个实有"全覆盖管理的实效是关系世博安保工作成败、以面保点战略能否成功的重要因素。上海公安机关应当分析当前推进"两个实有"全覆盖管理过程中存在的问题,总结经验,制定科学可行的工作措施,为世博会的顺利举行创造良好的社会治安环境。
