| 摘 要： | 犯罪嫌疑人是侦查阶段有证据说明其可能涉嫌犯罪并将可能受到刑事追究的人。从地位上看,犯罪嫌疑人是刑事案件的当事人;从属性上看,犯罪嫌疑人具有不确定性;从行为表现看,犯罪嫌疑人具有人身危险性;从权利上看,犯罪嫌疑人是权利同时受到限制和保护的人;从犯罪信息上看,犯罪嫌疑人是一个刑事犯罪信息源。了解和把握犯罪嫌疑人的这些属性,有助于推进侦查,降低侦查风险, 正确看待犯罪嫌疑人的口供,维护犯罪嫌疑人的合法权利。
