服务型政府的类型探讨——兼论我国政府建设的取向

政府存在的最大正当性在于为社会提供良好的服务。服务型政府按照历时态可分为三种类型:宏观服务型政府、中观服务型政府和微观服务型政府。文章认为,我国目前的政府建设正处于由中观服务型政府向微观服务型政府过渡时期,因此,建立一个权力制约的法治政府以及促进公民社会的成长应该是我国社会主义服务型政府建设的努力方向。
