| 摘 要： | 公民的养老权经历了从国家的恩惠施舍到基本权利的转变,本文拟从公民养老权的涵义及其权利属性出发,探讨公民养老权的可诉性,并就我国对公民养老权司法保护的现状及不足作出分析并提出完善建议。
