| Abstract: | Reform and opening-up in China spurs on an increase of social wealth. Laborers as main creators of social wealth can share economic prosperity through getting higher labor income under p resent income distribution system. If we want to realize this point, we must rely on that trade unions rectify imba lanced industrial relations and strengthen rights of protection. |
