| 摘 要： | 经济的发展需要政府信息更加公开。警情是重要的政府信息,警情通报制度的建立是政府信息公开的一种新尝试。但是当前无论在理论还是实践中,警情通报制度还存在主体模糊不清、权利义务不明、内容不确定等诸多问题,亟待加以完善。
