关于广西村党组织“公推直选”的探索与思考

党内选举是党内民主的一项重要制度,是党内民主发展程度的重要标志。2005年,广西在村党组织换届选举工作中,采取“公推直选”的新机制,有效地调动了广大党员、群众参与农村基层民主建设的积极性,发展了党内民主,扩大了党的群众基础,夯实了党在建设社会主义新农村中的领导地位。

Thinking on the Way of "Recommending Publicly and Electing Directly"

Inner-party election is an important system for inner-party democracy and an important mark of the development of inner-party democracy.In 2005,a new electing system so called "Recommending Publicly and Electing Directly" was put into practice in Guangxi,this system has greatly aroused the enthusiasm of the CPC members as well as common people to take part in the construction of democracy in village areas,so it has enhanced the inner-party democracy and stabilized the leading position of the CPC in the process of building new socialist countryside.
