| Abstract: | Safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers and staff members is a basic duty of Chinese trade unions. The issue of revoking industrial relations relates with the largest labor rights and interests of the workers and staff members. The Chinese trade unions should do their duty, explore the ways and methods of safeguarding the rights and interests of workers in order to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests. |
