| Abstract: | Nowadays the thought of building a harmonious society is advocated. The important task of our current human resources management is how to build a harmonious pattern for human resources management with Chinese characteristics. As far as development and management of human resources are concerned, the U.S. enjoys the a-bounding experience, intellect strength, perfect personnel mechanism and advanced elites notion. This research put forward some inspiration and reference. |
