中外妇女参政状况与国家政策比较研究

对中外妇女20世纪60年代后妇女权力参与模式、状况以及促进妇女参政的相关立法和政策措施的比较研究表明:要提高我国妇女的参政水平,必须首先提高全体妇女的民主参与意识和民主参与程度,从而为妇女的权力参与奠定基础;必须加大立法和执法力度,建立和完善妇女立法的监察执法机构;必须采取具体政策和措施,提高妇女权力参与的数量和层次,以推动妇女社会参与质的提高。

A Comparative Study of Women from Home and Abroad: Participation in Politics against National Policies

A comparative study of the Chinese women and their foreign counterparts in the pattern and performance of their involvment in power against relevent legislation and policies since the 1960s shows that if Chinese women s participation in politics is to be promoted, their conciousness to participate and their involvment scale should be promoted to lay a solid foundation for their share of power. Legislation and lawenforcement should be further strengthened, set up and perfect the supervision of legislation concerning women. Specific policies and measures are to be taken to enhance the ammount and levels of women' s share of power to promote the nature of women' s social involvment in power share.
