当前县域经济发展中存在的问题和解决对策

近年来,为努力提高县域经济的整体水平,国家和地方均出台了多项政策或措施,对县域经济的发展起到了积极作用。但是也存在一些问题,如管理体制改革长期滞后;经济结构不合理;财政资源贫乏;人才稀缺等,已严重制约了县域经济的良性发展。文章对这些问题进行了深入剖析,并提出了相关对策。

Problems in The Economic Development of County Areas and Their Solutions

In recent years, in order to improve the economic development of the county areas, the central and provincial governments have formulated some preferential policies which have really promoted the economic development in those areas to some extent However, there exist some problems such as the imperfect managing system, unreasonable economic structure, insufficient financial resources and shortage of qualified personnel. Based on analyzing these problems, this paper tries to find out some workable measures and solutions.
