| Abstract: | After discussing the main problems and difficulties faced by offenders under community supervision,this article analyzes how help and support is currently carried out in helping and supporting offenders under community supervision in China and points out existing problems.Meanwhile,the author puts forward some analytical comments on how to deal with these problems. |
