试论警察权益之维护

目前，人民警察自身的合法权益受到严重侵犯的现象时有发生。为维护民警合法权益，必须加强队伍建设，规范执法行为；充分利用媒体，做好舆论引导；加强宣传教育，增强民警维权意识；切实贯彻民警休息休假制度；积极开展“苦练基本功”活动，增强警察的自我保护能力；同时应注意借鉴外国经验，完善我国的法律法规，在刑法中增设袭警罪。

Effectively implement the vacation system, actively canting out the ＂Basic skills training program＂ in order to increase their ability of self-defense. The essay tries to draw the experience of foreign countries to consummate the laws and regulations of our country , appealing to add a crime of assaulting and battering the police.
