| 摘 要： | 独立于法院系统的美国法院教育培训体系在机构设置、功能定位、运作方式等方面均体现出多元化的特征:既涵盖联邦和州的不同层次,又兼顾法官和司法行政人员的不同培训目标;既依赖政府的财政支持,又能拓展其他经费来源渠道。这种多元化教育培训体制注重司法教育与司法研究的之间相互促进,并服务于审判实践;根据司法实践中的实际需求作为课程开发的基本导向,引入市场化的运作模式;基于受训对象的不同灵活设计培训内容,在培训方式上强调实践性、互动性。美国法院教育的先进经验为刚刚起步的中国法官培训事业乃至法官职业化建设提供了有益的借鉴和启示。

| Abstract: | Corresponding to federalism judicial system,court education system in the US can also be divided into federal level and states level.And both of them serve for different trainees varied from senior judges to junior court staffs.Diversity is the main character of the US court education system,which is successful in aspects of market oriented operating mechanism,interaction between judicial research and court education,variety of course delivery,and etc..All these American experiences can give some enlightenment to Chinese judicial education enterprise.) |
