| 摘 要： | 推行政务公开、实施透明行政,既是当代行政管理改革发展的必然趋势,也是现代政府的题中应有之义。构建适合我国国情的政府公共信息公开框架体系,必须树立正确的行政观念,制定相关的法律、法规,明确政务公开的内容、形式和程序,建立健全政务公开工作的监督体系。

| Abstract: | To push forward governmental affairs open and carry out transparent administration is the inevitable trend of contemporary administration reform,also deserved deeds for modern government.In order to build up the governmental framework that keeps public information open and suits our national conditions,government must foster right administrative idea,enact the corresponding laws,nail down the content,formality and procedure of open governmental affairs,set up and perfect the supervisory mechanism of opening governmental affairs. |
