| 摘 要： | 在刑事侦查实践中,由于一些意识问题或是技术问题和经验问题,作为客观性证据的特征被发现提取后,在刑事诉讼的庭审中却受到质疑甚至是否定,因此如何提高物证的证明价值是一个亟待解决的问题。要保障物证的证明价值,应当着重从提取和保全物证的环节入手,严格按照诉讼要求操作。

| Abstract: | In the criminal detection practice, the characteristic as the objective evidence after being discovered and withdraw, actually receives the question even the deny in the criminal prosecution courtyard because of some consciousness questions or the technical questions and the experience questions. Therefore it is one urgent question waiting to be solved how to enhance the matter witness' discovery, withdraw, preservation. To safeguard matter witness' proof value, should emphatically begin with withdrawing and preserving the matter witness, strictly operate according to lawsuit request. |
