| Abstract: | As one of the core categories of investigation procedure, it is of great importance to study the investigation. Especially in a state ruled by law, investigation action usually involves conflicts between the state power and individual rights, which is increasingly attracting people's attention. We must define a legal track to enable the investigation action to proceed in a proper way and make it possible to enact a civilized and efficient investigation procedure. |
