| Abstract: | The author views that share repurchase may cause to harm the rights and interests of the creditors or minor or middle shareholders of the company. Based on this context, the legislation on share repurchase in China shall focus on the protection of creditors and minor or intermediate shareholders accompanied with the improvement of related legal framework. |
