| 摘 要： | 近些年乡风文明建设中存在一些困惑，原因是多方面的。其中重要原因是：农村经济社会发展不足，影响着乡风文明建设的广泛开展；农民思想文化准备不足，阻碍着乡风文明建设的深入进行；资金物质科技投人不足，制约着乡风文明建设的持久发展。
