| 摘 要： | 偷渡是一种涉及全球的非法移民现象，其严重地扰乱了正常的国际交往规则和移民秩序，损害了国家主权、社会稳定和法制尊严，往往也会危及个人生命财产。文章主要阐述了我国公民偷越国（边）境犯罪的现状，分析了其产生的原因，并提出了相应的预防及惩治措施。

| Abstract: | As a global phenomenon,sneak landing severely upsets normal international contact and immigration,impairs state sovereignty,social stability,dignity of legal system and usually en- dangers people's lives and property.This article mainly illustrates the criminal situation of Chinese citizens'crossing the border stealthily,analyzes the causes and offers related mueasures of prevention and punishment. |
