| 摘 要： | 当前关于我国基本经济制度的争论主要集中在国有企业问题上,其中又聚焦在国有企业的"废存""进退""垄断""不公"等问题上。对这些问题的认识和解决,既关系到我国市场经济的发展,又关系到对科学社会主义基本原则的坚持,必须在"两个毫不动摇"和既不走僵化保守老路,也不走改旗易帜邪路的原则基础上,深化国有企业改革。

| Abstract: | At present, debates on basic economic system of China mainly focus on state-owned enterprises, including the issues of ＂waste＂, ＂advance and retreat＂, ＂monopoly＂ and ＂unfair＂. To understand and solve these issues is closely related to the development of market economy in China as well as the adherence to scientific socialist fundamentals Therefore, the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises should be implemented by sticking to the principles of ＂Two-Unshakable＂ as welt as not following the path of the conservative rigid and deflected authority |
