论循环型社会目标下的日本地区经济的绿色化

随着全球经济环境问题的发展 ,绿色化已成为世界各国经济发展的方向。日本从本国国情出发提出的建设循环型社会是其实现可持续发展的行动纲领 ,而地区经济的绿色化发展则是实现这一纲领的基础和保证。由于日本各地的产业基础和自然状况的差异 ,其地区经济的绿色化发展也存在着各自的特点 ,并表现为不同的类型。日本地区经济绿色化发展的动力在于市场驱动下的企业经营绿色化、日益成熟的绿色消费者群体和具有日本特色的产、学、官、民合作体制。

A Discussion on the Greenness of the Regional Economy in Japan under the Circulation- Type Social Target

With the development of the environmental problem in all of the world, the greenness has become a direction of the economic development of all countries in the world. Building a circulation-type society, proposed by Japan from its own situation, becomes the action creed to realize the continuous development of Japan. However, the creed can not be realized without the development of area economy. Because of the difference between the industrial basis and natural status, the greenness development of individual area economy displays its speciality and the different model from others. The driving force promoting the greenness development of the area economy in Japan arises from the greenness of its enterprise management driven through the market, increasing mature of the colony of consumers and the typical Japan cooperation system including the enterprises, schools, government and civilians.
