| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是马克思主义中国化又一重大成果,是我国新时期的发展战略,具有统率全局的意义。法律监督是现代宪政国家的重要机制,对于保障人权具有独特的地位和作用。要实现法律监督中的公平、正义,法律监督必须坚持以人为本的价值追求,实现政治性、人民性、法律性相统一,①不断提高法律监督能力和检察机关执法的公信力,以科学发展观为指导,推进中国特色社会主义检察事业的健康发展。
