经济强县的现状、问题与发展对策

经济强县,即经济发展相对先进的县。经济强县的现状特点:基础条件好,发展路子对;经济总量大,发展速度快;工业为主导,各业齐发展;改革力度大,民营企业多;县域规模大,带动能力强。经济强县存在着发展动力不足,强县实力不强,农业比重仍大,产业升级较慢,资源环境堪忧等问题。经济强县的加快发展应采取比、找、争、超的基本对策。

Status Quo, Problems and Countermeasures of the Economically Strong County

Economically strong county means the relatively developed county. The characteristics of it include the good infrastructure, correct developing direction; large economic aggregate, rapid pace of development; industry as the leading, coordinated development of all industries; the deepening reform, the large number of individually-run enterprises; the large area of the county, the full demonstration role. But there are still many limitations such as the large proportion of agriculture, the slow pace of upgrading industries and the bad resource environment. To accelerate the development, the economically strong county should take the compare, search, competition, and surpassing as the countermeasures.
