| 摘 要： | 作为人权内容的权利总是以利益为其要素,利益以能够满足人的需要为基础而产生,人由自然状态进入社会状态实现了对利益——价值的物化形态追求的更好满足。由于主体自身及其外部环境的不同,相同事物对不同的人价值不同。人生活在社会中,因此在人之间必然会有价值冲突。价值位阶对于冲突的解决无疑有重大的指导意义。
