| 摘 要： | 刑事被害人作为遭受犯罪行为直接侵害者,其合法权利必须加以保护。在对刑事被害人进行保护时,我们必须事先确立保护的价值目标,建构保护的基本原则。刑事被害人的权利保护应遵循全面原则、平衡原则、适度原则、合法原则和效率原则。

| Abstract: | The injured on the crime suffer the action in crime directly,whose legal rights should be protected.We should set up the values of the aims for the protection and principle firstly.The rights of the injured on the crime should be protected following the rules: all-round principle,balanceable principle,moderation principle,legality principle and efficiency principle. |
