| 摘 要： | 本研究在高血压冠状动脉粥样硬化动物模型建立的基础上,研究了去甲肾上腺素(Nor-adrenaline,NA)对冠状动脉粥样硬化家兔猝死的影响。滴注 NA(600μg/kg)后,实验组动物发生猝死,死亡率为63%。其发生机理与冠状动脉粥样硬化及心肌缺血有关。初步建立了研究心脏性猝死的家兔肾性高血压动物模型。

| Abstract: | Experimental hypercholesterolemia,renal hypertension as well as the coronary arteriosclerosis was produced by giving cholesterol 1.0g/d for 16 weeks and using improved Page's perinephritis methods in 11 rabbits,9 rabbits were used as normal control.The influence of the noradrenaline on sudden death of the experimental rabbits has been studied.In experimental group,the mortality rate was 635 after the injection of norepinephrine(600μg/kg).The histopathological examination showed that the coronary arteriosclerosis of the heart occured in 47.8% cases.The accumulated number of the degree of the coronary arterial st enosis was 119.The cause of sudden death might be related to the coronary arterial stenosis and the ischemia of the cardiac muscle.The preliminary exper- imental model of sudden death has been established. |
