新公共服务对新公共管理的批判与超越：——中国服务型政府建设路向分析

Criticism and Beyond on New Public Management from New Public Service:the Analysis of the Way for the Construction of Service-oriented Government in China

Service - oriented government is to re - examine and position the government＇s functions, the essence of which is the institutional framework of carrying out the ＂people - oriented＂ concept.
