高职法学教育民事诉讼法学案例库建设的应用性研究

学科自身的特点决定了民事诉讼法学课程必须进行案例教学,而教育改革和司法改革的进行,以及高职法学教育适应社会多元化需求,培养应用型人才目标的确立,又使高职政法院校有必要建立适应需要的、具有应用性特色的、专门的高职民诉法学案例库,并对其应用性进行科学研究.对于集中表现为以"应用性"为特色的高职法学教育民事诉讼法学案例库的建设和完善,不能是一劳永逸,而应当是一项长期的、与时俱进的系统工程.

The Applied Characteristic of the Case Storage of Civil Procedure Law of Higher Legal Vocational Education

The characteristic of the course itself determines that the case teaching method must be carried out in the course of civil procedure lesson.Meanwhile,with the proceeding of education reform and judicatory reform,the re-orientation demands of Higher Legal Vocational Colleges to establish their own and specialized Case Storage of Civil Procedure Law,and to research on how to apply it better.That should be a long-term and system project,but not once and for all.
