The basement of the monetary cooperation in East Asia has improved highly, which ensures the further deeper cooperation in East Asia. It is possible to establish some sub-regional monetary cooperation firstly. Further more, East Asia would be able to establish a Monetary Union like the EMU after a long-term hard working.
