The pursuit and transfer of the runaways has always been affected by various factors. In China, it used to be solved by means of negotiation to seek assistance for a Particular case. This article analyzes the factors that influence the pursuit and transfer of transnational runaways, explores the related countermeasures in order to realize its legalisation and systematisation and establish a cooperation mechanism of the pursuit and transfer of the transnational runaways.
