In the history of Chinese company law,there are three important Company Law:Qing Business Law in 1904,which is the first law regulating the company system completely;the Company Law in 1929,which is the first commercial separate regulation,and the Company Regulations in 1914.These three legal documents not only have differences in content,but also have many differences in legislative background and legislative environment that they are faced with.There is internal relationship among the three legal documents,and there is information which is still useful for the perfection of corporation law.It is of great significance not only to understand the company law itself,but also to the development of the company law in the future.
