对破产管理人的监督

破产管理人在破产程序中担当十分重要的角色，破产管理人依法公正地履行职责，对于切实维护各方当事人的利益至关重要。破产管理人地位的独立性为相关监督主体的监管提供了可能；破产管理人职权的广泛性又突显对其监督的必要性。新破产法对破产管理人的监督主要体现在管理人自我的监督，来自外部的监督，法律责任监督三个方面。
