长征前中共的资本理论与政策述论

在中国革命史上,资本是与资产阶级紧密相关的问题。早期中国共产党人反对外国资本,官僚资本,肯定工业资本,排斥商业资本。在土地革命以前,中国共产党对资本的政策还停留在理论设想的层面,设想在革命胜利后没收资本,实现资本公有。土地革命时期,中共的资本政策从没收资本逐步发展到利用资本。转变的原因是革命实践的直接推动、中国共产党人对中国革命的长期性和特殊性的认识加深、共产国际的影响。
