马克思主义人本思想对城市社区治理的启示

在社区的建设与治理中,马克思主义人本思想的融入,是充分发挥出社区治理“为人民服务”功能的重要思想基础。尤其是在十九大报告提出加强社区治理体系建设的针对性要求后,社区治理工作的开展更应当在新的社会发展阶段,以马克思主义人本思想为指导,通过科学的规划与分析寻求具有创新性和有效性的社区治理路径。城市社区治理应从社区角色定位的科学统筹、提升社区服务人性化程度、提升社区职业水平层次、构建全面的社区激励机制四个方面入手,为其向着现代化方向发展提供支持,切实发挥出马克思主义人本思想在现代城市社区治理中的思想引领作用。

Enlightenment of Marxist Humanistic Thought on Urban Community Governance

In the construction and governance of communities,the integration of Marxist people-oriented thought is an important ideological basis for giving full play to the function of“serving the people”of community governance.Especially after the report of the 19th National Congress of the CPC put forward the targeted requirements of strengthening the construction of community governance system,the development of community governance work should seek innovative and effective community governance paths through scientific planning and analysis under the guidance of Marxist Humanistic Thought in the new stage of social development.Urban community governance should start from four aspects:scientific overall planning of community role orientation,improving the humanization of community service,improving the level of community professional level and building a comprehensive community incentive mechanism,so as to provide support for its development towards modernization,to give full play to the ideological leading role of Marxist humanistic thought in modern urban community governance.
