党的十八大以来关于制度治党研究述评

在推进全面从严治党的实践过程中,中国共产党特别强调发挥制度治党的作用,在学术界引起广泛关注。众多学者对制度治党的内涵界定、价值意蕴、存在问题、推进对策等方面都进行了深入探讨,取得了较为丰富的研究成果。今后,学术界在研究中要侧重解决制度治党在推进政党治理现代化中遇到的问题,在理论层面加强制度治党思想的理论构建,在实践层面以推进政党治理现代化为切入点,结合国家治理体系现代化的现实要求进一步探索推进制度治党的实践路径。

A Research Review of Party Governance by System since the 18th CPC National Congress

In the practice of full and rigorous governance over the Party,CPC particularly emphasizes party governance by system,which has aroused extensive attention in the academic circle.Many have discussed the definition,value,existing problems and strategies to move forward,and made great progress in the research of Party governance by system.The next stage of research should pay more attention to solving relevant problems when party governance by system is used to achieve the modernization of Party governance.In theory,a framework of party governance by system should be constructed.And in practice,it should use the modernization of Party governance as an entry point to explore approaches that lead us to the party governance by system and meet the requirements of the modernization of China’s governance system.
