| 摘 要： | 2020年初突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情,给中国人民的健康安全带来了威胁,也给党的执政能力与治理能力带来了挑战.紧急关头,以习近平同志为核心的党中央牢记党的根本宗旨,始终把人民的利益放在首位,紧急应对,快速处置,充分发挥了社会主义集中力量办大事的制度优势,号召全国党员身先士卒,发挥了共产党员先锋模范作用,中国共产党的治国理政能力得到了一次严峻检验.

| Abstract: | The coronavirus outbreak early in 2020 is a threat to the health of Chinese people and also a challenge for CPC in governing the country.At this very moment,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core bears in heart the party’s fundamental goal and always prioritized the peopl‘e s interests.Response to the epidemic is fast enough to demonstrate the strengths of China’s socialist system in mobilizing resources for major undertakings.Party members across the country are summoned to the front and play their vanguard and exemplary role,through which the Party’s capability of governance passes the sever test set by the pandemic. |
