| 摘 要： | 美国毒品外交是20世纪之初美国大国外交的内容之一。伴随着美国毒品外交政策的实施,以多边合作为特征的国际禁毒运动也应运而生。美国毒品外交除了具有理想主义外交的独特外延,更有着其强烈追求国家利益以及服从国家战略需要的内涵所在。对外延与内涵两个方面予以考察,应是探析美国毒品外交乃至整个美国外交政策的一个不容忽视的重要视点。
