| 摘 要： | 建立直接隶属于中央，摆脱地方控制的侦查机构，是职务犯罪侦查权有效行使的重要环节。我国现有职务犯罪侦查模式存在权力配置分散、侦查措施落后、易受不当干扰、缺乏有效监督等不足，为更有效地预防和打击职务犯罪，应从内外部职权配置和侦查监督等方面完善我国职务犯罪侦查权配置。
