| 摘 要： | 文化安全是一个包含着多层次和多种意义的哲学范畴,是指对文化主体生存权利、生存方式、文化成果的认同、尊重和保护,是对人类文化生存、发展水平和进步程度的一种反映,是指作为文化核心的价值观念的合法生存和合理发展。在狭义范围内,文化安全与国家利益是密不可分的,是对国家利益和文化主权的维护。

| Abstract: | Cultural security is a philosophical category with different meanings at different levels.Cultural security means the acknowledgement,respect and protection of the survival right and mode,cultural products and its value for the cultural subjects.Cultural security is a reflection of the extent and level of the cultural survival,development and advancement of mankind,which reflects the legal existence and rational development of the core value of culture.In a narrow sense,cultural security is closely related to the national interest and aims at the maintenance of the state interest and cultural sovereignty. |
