| 摘 要： | 在突飞猛进的高科技发展时代,科学新成就和高技术发展表现在5 个方面:计算机与信息技术、生命科学和生物工程技术、新材料科学技术、新能源和环保技术,以及空间技术和海洋开发技术。我国1956 年制定了12 年科学发展规划,并成功研制了“两弹一星”。目前的中长期科技发展规划也旨在提高我国综合国力,为21 世纪中国的发展奠定基础。

| Abstract: | In this era of rapid scientific and high-tech advancement, new scientific and technological accomplishments can be observed in five categories, specifically: computer and information technology; life science and biological engineering; new material science; energy technology and environmental protection and space and marine exploration. In 1956, China set a 12-year project for scientific progress.As a result of this project, China successfully developed the A-bomb, H-bomb and space satellite. Currently, the mid-term project for scientific progress, (aimed at enhancing China's comprehensive strength), will lay the foundation for China's development in the 21st century. |
