| Abstract: | The law should be perfect for investigating to solve to commit crime and to control crime.It is conflictive between the freedom of investigation and the limit of working procedure.Therefore,we need to build the legal system and study the legal skills in principle in order to put up a bridge between the strategy and legal character of criminal investigation. |
