| 摘 要： | 职业心理素质是个人职业选择和发展的重要因素。结合高职学生心理特点,实现职业心理素质教育在模式、方法和途径上的转变,搭建第一课堂教学、第二课堂主题活动及团体心理行为训练＂三位一体＂教育平台,提高学生职业可持续发展的心理调节能力。

| Abstract: | Occupational psychological quality is an important factor in the selection and development of personal career. Combined with higher vocational students＇ psychological characteristics, the article suggests that achieving the change of professional psychological quality education on the model, method and way, building ＂Trinity＂ educational platform including the first classroom teaching, the second classroom theme activities and group psychotherapy and behavioral training ＂ Trinity＂ educational platform, can enhance students＇career psychological adjustment capabilities of sustainable development. |
