关于我国行政法理论基础问题的对话

发轫于 2 0世纪 90年代之初的行政法理论基础问题的讨论 ,对于中国行政法学研究范式的转换起到了重要的推动作用。但是 ,这一讨论本身也还存在很多有争议的问题 ,为了使这一课题的研究逐步走向深入 ,本刊特地将我国著名行政法学家、苏州大学杨海坤教授与法学博士章志远就这一论题的对话予以刊登 ,希望能够引起学界广泛的关注。

Dialogues about the Theoretical Foundation of Administrative Law of China

The discussion about the theoretical foundation of administrative law by legal experts in the beginning of 1990s takes important promoting effect to the research model of paradigm shift of Chinese administrative jurisprudence. But this discussion itself also has lots of disputed problems. In order to make research of this topic thoroughly and catch wide attention of law circles,our journal specially published the dialogues written by professor Yang Haikun, who is a famous jurisprudent of administrative law of China and the doctor supervisor of law school of Suzhou University, and as well as teacher Zhang Zhiyuan, who is the doctor of jurisprudence.
